Made in Alberta, Canada, in collaboration with Kluane Mountaineering, the Inner Parka is a proper down jacket, built to see you through most winter days, whether you're heading into the hills or just spending a little longer outdoors than planned.

Filled with Canadian white goose down at 900 fill power, it has a shorter, more compact shape than its bigger brother, the Outer Parka, without skimping on insulation. The Japanese nylon shell and lining keep things light, while a down-filled collar, elasticated cuffs, hand-warmer pockets and a snap-fastened closure take care of the practical details.

What began with two friends sewing their own sleeping bags in Alberta has grown into one of Canada’s most respected makers of down outerwear. Every piece is still made by hand, drawing on decades of experience and a practical understanding of what cold weather demands.

Our collaboration with Kluane Mountaineering brings that same thinking to the Drake’s wardrobe. Traditional outdoor clothing, made for the less forgiving side of the outdoors, with proper down insulation and everything in its right place.
