To ensure your purchase arrives on or before 24th December 2024, please order by 12pm GMT, December 19th .
To ensure your purchase arrives on or before 31st December 2024, please order by 12pm GMT , December 22nd .
Orders made after Friday 22nd December 2024 will be shipped during week commencing January 1st, 2025.
No returns, refunds or exchanges can be processed between Christmas and New Years Eve. Returns, refunds and exchanges will start being processed on January 2nd 2025.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
When you order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email containing your invoice.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Delivery is handled by DHL Express.
If your shipping confirmation email does not contain details of your entire order, this means that products within your order are being shipped from outside our warehouse, and you will receive further shipment confirmation once this has been processed.

Free express shipping on all orders over $500 USD. Duties included. Taxes calculated at checkout.
$25 USD Delivery fee on all orders below $500 USD.
