DISPATCH INFORMATION
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its progress.
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend or cancel orders once they have been placed. We are also unable to delay dispatch or hold orders for delivery at a later date.
Orders shipped to the United States may occasionally be subject to additional customs processing by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. While most parcels clear promptly, delays can occur and are outside of our control. In some cases, particularly for higher-value orders, customers may be asked to provide additional information, such as a Social Security Number, to assist with customs clearance.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
All orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Our delivery partner, DHL, offers an On Demand Delivery service, providing greater flexibility over your shipment. Through this service, you may reschedule your delivery date, amend the delivery address, place your parcel on hold, or remove the signature requirement.
Please note that if you choose to remove the signature requirement, Drake’s and DHL cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage once the parcel has been delivered.
Please allow up to 24 hours for any delivery changes to take effect.

Free express shipping on all orders over $500 USD.
Duties included. Taxes calculated at checkout.
$25 USD Delivery fee on all orders below $500 USD.
