Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, however, we encourage you to create one, or use your current account when placing an order.

 

When will my order be dispatched?

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order is on its way. For more information on our shipping terms, please visit our delivery page.

 

I can't find my size online, will it be restocked?

In case your size is currently unavailable online, please contact our Customer Care team, who will be able to assist with more information : productenquiries@drakes.com

 

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please use our returns portal to send back your return for a refund or an exchange.

Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the goods whose value is being refunded. 

 

Can I return an item purchased online at one of your shops?

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned in store. They must be sent back to us via our Returns Portal.

 

Will value added tax (VAT) be deducted from my order?

For all orders placed via the website with a delivery address outside the UK/EU, the 20% VAT will be deducted from the final total prior to payment being taken. However, please note that you may be subject to your country's import taxes and duties.

 

I can't access my account online, what should I do?

If you remember the email address you used to register with Drake's account, you can reset your password by using the link Forgotten Password. If you don't remember the email address, please contact us at drakes@drakes.com.
