We hope you are pleased with your purchase. Should you change your mind, unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be made using our designated returns service. We are unable to accept responsibility for items returned via alternative couriers.

Each order must be returned separately; we are unable to combine multiple orders within a single return or exchange.

Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 10 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once this has been completed.

RETURN COSTS

$30 with DHL Express

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund total.

Customers selecting an exchange or store credit will receive a complimentary return label.

BUNDLE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

A full refund will only be issued when all items purchased as part of a bundle are returned.

If part of a bundle is returned, the bundle discount will be forfeited. The value of the discount will be deducted from the refund, calculated against the full selling price of the returned item(s).

Bundle items may be exchanged for an alternative size only. Exchanges for different products are not available.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

Using the returns portal is straightforward. Enter your order number and email address to begin. Please ensure your order number includes the # symbol, as shown in your order confirmation email.

To complete your return:

  1. Open the returns portal.
  2. Enter your email address and order number (including the #).
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return.
  4. Choose your preferred outcome (refund, exchange, or store credit).*
  5. Download and print your return label, attaching it securely to the parcel.
  6. Drop the parcel at your nearest DHL Express Service Point, as indicated in the portal.

* Store credit is issued as a virtual gift card, valid for six months or until the balance is used in full.

Once we have received and verified your return, your refund will be processed accordingly.
