Place Your Order
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
If your shipping confirmation email does not include details for your entire order, this means that some items are shipping from outside our warehouse. You will receive a further shipment confirmation once those items have been processed.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Should you need urgent assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team, who’ll be happy to help where possible.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order, however, we encourage you to create one, or use your current account when placing an order.

When will my order be dispatched?

Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched. You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order is on its way. For more information on our shipping terms, please visit ourdelivery page.

I can't find my size online, will it be restocked?

What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we can accept a return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Please use our returns portal to send back your return for a refund or an exchange.

Please allow up to 10 business days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the goods whose value is being refunded.

Can I return an item purchased online at one of your shops?

Unfortunately, online orders cannot be returned in store. They must be sent back to us via ourReturns Portal.

Do bundle offers qualify for extra discounts?

Bundle offers are pre-discounted and therefore not eligible for further reductions. Discount and promotional codes cannot be stacked on these items.
