Maison Bengal, founded by Sheenagh Day in Dhaka, Bangladesh, is a fair-trade social enterprise born from her work with a UN-affiliated health organisation in the 2000s. Struck by the country's rich tradition of weaving and basket-making, she partnered with three NGOs focused on poverty alleviation through handicraft training—laying the foundation for Maison Bengal's mission and collaborations.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
When you order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email and a separate email containing your invoice.
Due to the recent changes happening in US customs, we are experiencing considerable delays getting our shipments into the United States. This is a situation we are monitoring closely along with our logistics partners to find the best course of action.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
If your shipping confirmation email does not contain details of your entire order, this means that products within your order are being shipped from outside our warehouse, and you will receive further shipment confirmation once this has been processed.
