A subtle evolution of the chore jacket, this new style blends the easy functionality of classic workwear with the poise of an unstructured blazer. Think of it as a smart coat with a practical streak, or a work jacket with a touch of quiet ambition.

Cut from a sturdy, garment-dyed 11.8oz cotton canvas with a satisfying heft, the silhouette is boxy and relaxed, referencing early 20th century utility garments.

Double hip patch pockets, echoing traditional carpenter’s coats, offer plenty of storage, while the addition of gauntlet cuffs and a convertible fastening gives the piece a certain modular elegance. Button it all the way up for a clean, utilitarian look, or fold back the lapels like a casual blazer. Either way, it wears in beautifully, and works hard without trying too hard.

Finished with copper rivet buttons, an interior pocket, and a soft, broken-in handle, it’s a jacket that does what it needs to, and a little more besides.

PLACING YOUR ORDER 


When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.

Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.

Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.

Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.

If your shipping confirmation email does not include details for your entire order, this means that some items are shipping from outside our warehouse. You will receive a further shipment confirmation once those items have been processed.

Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Should you need urgent assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team, who’ll be happy to help where possible.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to delay dispatch or hold orders for a later delivery date

Recent changes to U.S. import rules mean that, for some higher-value orders, customers may be asked to provide extra information, such as a Social Security Number, to ensure smooth customs clearance.

Orders placed after these cut-off times may not reach you by 25th December. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
