Filled with Canadian white goose down, it has a generous shape, a little extra length and a large hood to keep the worst of the weather at bay.

The details are reassuringly practical, from the storm-flap two-way zip closure and down-filled hand-warming pockets to adjustable drawstrings at the hood, waist and hem. Enough warmth to make a convincing case for staying outside a little longer.

Born in the Rockies and still made by hand in Edmonton, Kluane Mountaineering has spent over fifty years making down-filled outerwear built to withstand some of the world’s harshest conditions, from Everest to everyday life.

What began with two friends sewing their own sleeping bags in Alberta has grown into one of Canada’s most respected makers of down outerwear. Every piece is still made by hand, drawing on decades of experience and a practical understanding of what cold weather demands.

Our collaboration with Kluane Mountaineering brings that same thinking to the Drake’s wardrobe. Traditional outdoor clothing, made for the less forgiving side of the outdoors, with proper down insulation and everything in its right place.
