Few names in shoemaking inspire the reverence and adoration that Alden does. The New England cobblers have been crafting peerless footwear for a century and a half, and show no signs of stopping. The cult following they have amassed (particularly in recent years) is testament to the enduring quality of their product.
As many of you will already know, our relationship with Alden goes back quite a way. We've long been one of the UK's only stockists, and have collaborated with them on numerous occasions.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
If your shipping confirmation email does not include details for your entire order, this means that some items are shipping from outside our warehouse. You will receive a further shipment confirmation once those items have been processed.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Should you need urgent assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team, who’ll be happy to help where possible.

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by 16th December by 12 pm.
Orders placed after these cut-off times may not reach you by 25th December. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
