There was a time when fleece had certain connotations: synthetic, staticky, and somehow always covered in dog hair. This is not that fleece. It’s got texture, heft, and a proper grown-up sensibility. Nylon panels and a storm flap give it a little outdoor credibility, but it is refined and considered enough not to be confined to “weekend warrior” status. It’s still a fleece at heart, just one that’s found itself in better company.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
When your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email along with a separate email containing your invoice.
Please allow up to two working days for your order to be dispatched.
Once your order has been marked as shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order.
Only orders marked as “shipped” by the shipping carrier can be tracked.
If your shipping confirmation email does not include details for your entire order, this means that some items are shipping from outside our warehouse. You will receive a further shipment confirmation once those items have been processed.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. Should you need urgent assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team, who’ll be happy to help where possible.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate requests to delay dispatch or hold orders for a later delivery date
Recent changes to U.S. import rules mean that, for some higher-value orders, customers may be asked to provide extra information, such as a Social Security Number, to ensure smooth customs clearance.
FESTIVE DELIVERIES
To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please place your orders by 16th December by 12 pm.
Orders placed after these cut-off times may not reach you by 25th December. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
