The Autumn Collection in Piedmont

For the Drake’s autumn collection we took a trip to Piedmont. Surrounded by the Italian Alps, it’s a region teeming with produce: truffles, chestnuts, game… more truffles, and wine sourced from the Barbera and Barolo vines that sit in the shadow of the mountains. 

The collection features a few small nods to the area’s rugged landscape: truffle hunting dogs appear on moleskin cotton baseball caps, while ‘Via Ferrata’ references a legendary climbing route through the Italian Dolomites. The quarter-zip knit and ripstop cotton fishing vest are ideal seasonal layers, inspired by outdoor sporting clothing, along with new season work shirts in brushed cotton, cozy Scottish knitwear and Perennial denim.
