Drake’s In East London: The Lookbook

While we might now occupy a prime spot on Savile Row, we began life a bit further east, inside a small tie factory on Haberdasher Street, just off Hoxton and Old Street. As nice as Athens or LA would have been at this time of year, for our latest lookbook we felt that a trip back to where it all began was in order. The roads, cafes, pubs, parks, misty mornings and strangely beautiful Brutalist buildings that inform the unique look and feel of this part of our home city. Golden Lane Estate, E. Pellici, Hackney Downs and a quick bite in one of Shoreditch’s famous Bagel shops as dusk fell.

With a focus on versatile tailoring and outerwear, highlights include Rocky Mountain Featherbed parkas sourced straight from Japan, worn alongside our signature Perennial suits; colourful Shetland knits in warm brushed wool and an exclusive Edward Green Galway boot in Rosewood grain leather (just look at how they handle a puddle), as well as our half-zip fleeces in a superior cut of Casentino wool made in one of Tuscany’s oldest and most esteemed mils. A new interpretation of Drake’s classics, shown back where it all began.
