Drake's for Hodinkee: The Lookbook

Drake’s and Hodinkee go back a long way. In 2012, when were still mostly known as a London tie-maker, and they a nascent watch platform, we partnered on a pair of ties inspired by two of their favourite vintage Rolex Submariners (the ref. 5512 and the no crown-guard ref. 5508 to be precise). 

Plenty has changed in the years since that first collaboration, but it felt like the right time to get the gang back together again, with a new limited edition collection featuring seven co-branded classics, reimagined in the Hodinkee colour palette, along with some special design details.

Highlights include overshirts in rugged wool and supple Italian suede, a Hiking t-shirt and cap with unique horological embroidery and, of course, a grenadine silk tie, featuring a design based on a watch that means a lot to Hodinkee founder, Benjamin Clymer, a potential one-of-one Cartier London Tank Cintrée from 1969.
